The NFL Week 5 schedule 2026 has 15 games over five days, from Thursday Night Football in Arlington to Monday Night Football at SoFi Stadium. Thirty teams play and two have a bye. This post lists every game with its kickoff in UTC, the UK time and the US TV channel, taken from ESPN's schedule data and checked against the NFL's own Week 5 page. On the NFL page the same kickoffs are shown on your own clock, so there is nothing to convert there.

NFL Week 5 schedule 2026: all 15 games

The day in the first column is the UTC day. That is why the Thursday, Sunday night and Monday night games sit one day later than their names suggest. The UK is on summer time, one hour ahead of UTC, until October 25.

On bye: the Kansas City Chiefs (4-0) and the Carolina Panthers (2-2). Both are back on Sunday, October 18, and both on CBS: Carolina play at Philadelphia at 17:00 UTC, and Kansas City host the Los Angeles Chargers at 20:25 UTC.

Thursday Night Football in Week 5

Thursday Night Football in Week 5 is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium, on Prime Video. Kickoff is 00:15 UTC on Friday, October 9. That is still Thursday evening anywhere in the Americas, and 01:15 on Friday morning in the UK. Tampa Bay are 0-4 and Dallas are 2-2.

Eagles vs Jaguars in London

The Philadelphia Eagles play the Jacksonville Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at 13:30 UTC on Sunday, October 11. In London that is 14:30, and in the US the game is on NFL Network. Jacksonville are the home team on paper, and they come in at 3-1 against Philadelphia's 2-2.

Jacksonville's next game is in London as well. In Week 6 they host the Houston Texans at Wembley Stadium on October 18, at the same 13:30 UTC start. The photo at the top of this post is from the Jaguars' game against the Miami Dolphins at Tottenham in October 2021.

The NFL TV schedule for Week 5

ESPN's data gives every Week 5 game a single US broadcaster, apart from the Monday game, which ESPN and ABC both show. Counted by network:

NetworkGamesSlots
Fox6four at 17:00, two at 20:25
CBS5four at 17:00, one at 20:05
Prime Video1Thursday night
NFL Network1London
NBC1Sunday night
ESPN and ABC1Monday night

Fox has the late doubleheader this week, which is why two games start at 20:25 UTC and only Denver at the Chargers, on CBS, starts at 20:05. Eight of the 15 games kick off at the same moment, 17:00 UTC, so Sunday afternoon is the busy part of the week.

Games that stand out on the records

After four weeks there are three unbeaten teams and five without a win. Going by those records, three games stand out.

The other three winless teams all play too: Tampa Bay on Thursday, Miami at home to Cincinnati, and the Los Angeles Chargers at home to Denver.

Sunday and Monday night

Sunday Night Football is the Baltimore Ravens (3-1) at the Atlanta Falcons (2-2) on NBC. Kickoff is 00:20 UTC, which puts it on Monday, October 12 in UTC and in the UK (01:20), and on Sunday evening across the US.

Monday Night Football is the Buffalo Bills (3-1) at the Los Angeles Rams (2-2), on ESPN and ABC. It starts at 00:15 UTC on Tuesday, October 13, which is 01:15 in the UK. The first and last kickoffs of the week are both at 00:15 UTC, exactly four days apart.

Week 5 for viewers in the UK and Europe

Britain and most of Europe are still on summer time this week, so the UK is one hour ahead of UTC and Paris or Berlin two hours ahead. That makes for a long Sunday. The London game starts at 14:30 UK time (15:30 in central Europe), the eight early games at 18:00 (19:00), and the late games at 21:05 and 21:25 (22:05 and 22:25). The three prime-time games all start after 01:00 in the UK and after 02:00 in central Europe, on Friday, Monday and Tuesday mornings.

NFL games today: how the times work here

If you open the site on a game day looking for NFL games today, the NFL page lists the coming games with each kickoff converted from UTC to your device's time zone, and the home page puts every sport on the same clock. A game that falls after midnight for you shows the next day's date. That matters for the Thursday, Sunday night and Monday night games if you live in Europe, Africa or Asia.

Each game opens its own event page, and the NFL streams for Week 5 are listed there under the game they belong to. If your browser has scripts switched off, the times stay in UTC, and the table above is the quickest way to check them.

All of this week's kickoffs use the standard October slots. They move one hour later in UTC from November 1, when the US clocks change, and the post on NFL kickoff times in UTC explains that shift and lists the rest of the season's slots.
